I remember this show and she absolutely did seem like such a normal, real, nurturing mom. I can see her taking care of other people's kids because it's the right thing to do. (*grain of salt since it's reality tv). Pam Anderson is another of the super-babes that was surprisingly maternal. They get stereotyped away from that which is too bad.

She didn’t educate them at all she was not a good mother

From what I understand it’s only the older daughter (isn’t the younger very religious) and she voluntarily left Denise’s house when she was 18 because she didn’t like living with rules so she went to live with Charlie. But then she wanted to do only fans (vs going to college or get a job) which Charlie was against. But she was 18, so neither parent could stop her.

Maybe, just maybe, the older girl, with an addict, famous father, who was known to have prostitutes, in rehab, all over the news, had trauma because of her father. But yeah, Denise is the problem. So excuse the absent, addiction father and just blame Denise for being a terrible mother because of what an adult decides to do.

BTW that same daughter has a very interesting Tik Tok account that talks about her feelings re Charlie. She does not speak to him. There is a reason.
