Wound up with 1560 after studying. If you're starting from a lower base, say in the 1200's, I think a 200-point increase is possible.

How much studying?

Studying alone or with help?

Thanks.

He did about 6 - 8 sessions with a tutor (a medical student at Harvard who had gotten a perfect score on math), mostly focusing on the hardest math questions that are at the end of the second math module in the DSAT. His R&W score went up after taking a bunch of practice tests, he didn't really focus on that other than reviewing grammar. I think he could have gotten there by himself on the math with a lot of practice and Khan Academy, but the tutor was a lot more efficient. Ultimately got 790 on math.

Let’s say your starting point is:

1200
1300
1400
1450
1500
1550

So entitled.

Entitled parents sending their kids to SAT prep courses perpetuates inequities and only serves to widen the racial achievement gap. Wealthier students have unfair access to test preparation resources overall, which leads to unearned higher scores. This only heightens unearned white privilege and diminished access to education for BIPOCs.

I had heard 100 point overall increase based -solely- on being one year older.
