Used to be 45-50 but now that we have RTO, I have to spend ten hours a week commuting. Efficiency! |
| I am wfh for a tech company. I am usually at my desk 9-5. On slow days I work out, cook, do chores rather than stay at my desk, but most days I am working a true 7 or 8 hours. Sometimes I work nights and weekends to close a big deal. I have no issue being available in those instances because I have so much flexibility otherwise. |
I cut my hours in the office because of the commute. It's an exhausting 10 hours. I can't tack that on to the beginning and end of a day unless I want to give you.sleep They got what they asked for. |

| Since RTO, a strict 40 hours, not including unpaid 30 minute lunch each day. Before RTO, I had been averaging 70 hours per week For the last 3-4 years. |
| Pretty variable week to week but probably average 60 hours a week as management consultant. (Sometimes as low as 20 hr/week and as high as 80-100 depending on what I’m working on…) |
