Do inexperienced teachers get easier class assignments?

Inexperienced teachers are easier to fire because they don't know how corrupt the profession has gotten ie grade inflation, pass the trash, and violence coverups.

The only easy classes I see are gifted classes and those definitely aren't given to first year teachers.

Everyone else has behavior problems, kids who speak zero English (challenging for a teacher to teach) and kids with hard home lives.
