I lived there and loved it. I met my husband there (we lived 7 houses from each other). They did have car thefts, but they have a really strong HOA and now they have private security.

It's a great neighborhood and EYA builds a really quality home.

Glad to hear about the private security. I worked on that block for five or so years, and there seemed to be a couple of persistent individuls who were into petty burglary. I couple of good security guards are a perfect solution for such a small, localized problem.
