Just BE SURE you brush your teeth afterwards, as bananas are worse than candy and cokes for ruining your teeth, as they stick and form a film of sugar on your teeth for bacteria to multiply. You can easily feel it after you eat a banana, that layer on your teeth. |
| I had a bunch of ripe bananas so I made oatmeal cookies tonight. About 1.5 cups oats, 2 mashed bananas, 1 box raisins or 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Adjust ingredients or cooking time if batter is wet. Ended up with small cookies of 40 calories each. |
