| Our two favorites are Whole Foods and Aldi, which I’m surprised nobody has said yet. The Aldi sliced sourdough is terrific. |
I’m that poster. My Giant also sells their own sourdough- I think it is terrible. I liked another brand of sourdough they sold in the deli section, but no longer sell. |

Gross suggestions. Izzio I think is the brand at moms we get. Supposedly it's at Safeway too. Keep it in the freezer take slices out as needed and use butter from butter bell.

| Fresh Baguette if you're willing to make an extra stop at a bakery. For a sandwich-type loaf, Alvarado Street Bakery bread which can be purchased at Safeway. You may be surprised at how expensive a nice loaf of sourdough has become. |
