Are you claiming that applying for mortgages on two properties, more or less simultaneously—and claiming both as your primary residence—is not mortgage fraud?

Coming from the source, and given everything the GOP is getting away with, no is is not a crime. Nothing is a crime anymore. Get it? This is about power and getting rid of a black woman from the Fed. White men can do WTFTW but not any one else. That is our country now.

MAGAs told me it’s not fraud unless you don’t pay back the loan and the bank loses money.
You get a lower rate if it’s your primary residence, but you have to swear to that effect.

PP’s comment went over your head.

At this point it works for me. The entire DOJ and SCOTUS are now set up to perpetuate MAGA power. Whatever we can do to stop that is fair game.

Donald Trump got a lower rate when he lied to banks about his assets. MAGA said that was fine because he paid the loan.

The FHFA director illegally appointed himself as the chairman of the boards for both Fannie and Freddie. He’s pulling paychecks from all three organizations. This is profoundly illegal. Pulte is actively breaking the law right now.

More like: “Yes, I killed him, but Ted Bundy did much worse and he’s the one prosecuting me while skating for his crimes. Therefore the prosecution is completely illegitimate.”

Yeah well there's a SCOTUS case that says Trump can do that while president. Is there a case for someone in Cook's position? Nope.

Donald Trump wasn’t the president when he got those rates. He was a D list reality star on ABC at the time of his bk fraud escapades.

He wasn’t president when he did it

Can we just have a general “deflection” thread so we can stay on topic?

Isn’t Pulte violating the Privacy Act in publicly releasing people’s mortgage applications? Shouldn’t he be prosecuted for that?

This entire topic is deflection. Apparently you are very dumb.
