We both WAH. We both are in workout gear most of the time. We go the gym or a class together once a day, walk evenings.

Obsession with thin is crazy. I’m thin but still need to work on myself to look good.

Depends. Thin by itself is usually only becoming when a woman is young. Think of the Heroin Chic look. That doesn't age well and thin older women, and thin men in general, look sickly.

Needs to be some muscle, but not much fat, for a person to look good.

Yes, to a degree. Don't look like trash. That's about it. No need to dress like you're going to a five star restaurant, just dress so if a guest pops by you're not embarrassed.

My SO doesn't but he loves that I always make an effort to look nice and smell good for him even if we are just cuddling on the sofa.
