You are equating throwing a soft item on bullet-proof vest with:
1. trespassing on federal property,
2. breaking windows and doors,
3. defecating in a federal building and on the desk of an elected representative,
4. making off with federal property,
5. seriously injuring law enforcement
6. and contributing to the death of a police officer?
