Your anxiety and projection of all the possible disasters certainly isn’t helpful. I don’t know that public school is the place for you.

OP here. I’m not optimistic. They didn’t even tell us the teacher assignments until I inquired because how can I sign up for a conference slot if I don’t even know which class he is in?


Again, reach out to the special education team who will be supporting him no matter what classroom he's in. I promise you they care.

OP these are all conversations you should be having with your support person who is there for this. Do you have your IEP/504 in place?
