Represents people not corporations. Like a plaintiff side law firm.

For fully remote, that's a very solid offer.

Counsel for trade association. $220k base plus 15-25% bonus range. Hybrid in office 2-3x week depending on meetings.

450k law firm, several days a week in office but somewhat flexible
