would you buy a cursed house?

There is a house around the corner from me where the husband had his wife murdered in the garage in 2012 by someone else (paid killer). About a year later the house sold for $1 - no changes other than paint and cleaning the floor of the garage. Those buyers sold it 2 years later for $399k - also no significant changes. I just saw a for sale sign on my walk this morning, but it’s not in the MLS yet. I’m so curious what it will list for! Most houses on the street are going for around $1 million. I feel like this will be the round where the house goes back to market value.
