Of course they aren't equals but they are more comparable to each other than any other American presidents.

Until there are term limits in our country there’s not much we can do. Democrats had to push Biden out because they knew he wasn’t competent for another four years. Republicans supported their very old candidate. Once they have power people seem to have a hard time letting go.

Presidents are term limited. We just recently as voters became careless and/or ignorant enough to nominate and elect people who very clearly should not have been trusted as mentally fit to serve a single four year term and much less two four year terms. Voters must take some responsibility for the Trump/Biden garbage.

My mistake. Until there are age limits we will be stuck with too many politicians that are over 70 years old. We set the presidency youngest age to be 35 years old, I guess so they will have maturity, life and job experience. We need to set a limit on the other side. 70 or 75 years old are good ages to retire from political life.
