Educational Consultants

Got into multiple top schools, applied to a few that were not on radar but consultant thought would be a good fit for child which they nailed. The schools in this area are so different and offer a wide range of opportunities. Get a consultant that worked in these schools and knows the ins and outs and the behind the door pros/cons for them. Once they get to know your child and your family they will be able to guide you appropriately and realistically.

How many schools can one person have worked at to know all the ins and outs?

if you work in admissions at one of these schools you probably have a good idea on the process and what schools look for and also have a relationship with similar schools. It is how we all get to our next job-transferrable skills.

We love Peter- he's the best! We used him for all four of our children!

Yes, we, too, spent a great deal of time interviewing consultants. We asked for references from all of them (all 5) and we spent a great deal of time thinking about which one would be best and talking extensively with families who had worked with them. It was exhausting. Ultimately, we made a decision and learned that the one we chose was retiring. We then did it all ourselves and we got all of our children (3) into our first choice school.
