Overnight diapers or pull-ups for skinny 4-year-old?

My 3.5 to DD is 31lbs but tall. She is in pull ups in the day but we move to parents choice in the night. When she finishes potty training we'll keep the parent's choice diapers as they can fit more snugly

You do realize that kids can pull on/remove their own pull-up vs. a diaper which they can’t fasten on themselves, right?

OP here. We’re giving these a try! They seem more substantial than the Pampers Pull-ups we’ve been using, so hopefully they’ll work well. We also started limiting water at night. Normally he sleeps with a water and drinks a lot overnight.
