The suggestion that Coolidge might work as a high school is highly misleading. Almost anyone who has the option to avoid it does so. Extremely low scores and high rates of trauma-scarred kids.

Shepherd Park is probably the best idea if you’re dead-set on DC, which, as people have pointed out, you may want to rethink. I would definitely take the time to play around with Google maps to see the distances and routes that would be required to get everyone where they need to be.

Moving to DC also limits your in-state college options significantly.
