absolutely not. never give her that information about yourself. plus, I think you need to work through your own feelings because you keep claiming how you're happy with what you are paid and don't want to make waves, blah, blah, blah, but you are clearly bothered by how much SHE makes in comparison to you. You need to stand up for yourself and next review ask for a raise and a title change. But no matter what, do not give this person personal information about yourself that she can use against you.

+1 OP seems the type to "take what you get and dont complain", but companies don't have loyalty to us. Why anyone would willingly side with a random corporation instead of banding together is confusing to me, but there are a lot of boot lickers out there. |
+100 You say you are happy with your pay, but if you can get more, why not ask? If you are being paid under your value you should ask for a raise - since your co-worker has gotten several, it seems like the company would be open to discussing at the very least. |
