OP is annoying.
This is the bottom line: it all depends on how far advanced OP is in big law. If she is still an associate, the chances of her advancing beyond associate are low and always have been. And the work is typically miserable. For both reasons, the large majority of lawyers who are associates in big law end up leaving their firms and going somewhere else. OP needs to decide if she wants to roll the dice or not. Whether and when she should do it depends on circumstances that she has not outlined here.
I hated big law from day one, but I was the exclusive breadwinner for a large family, and so I stuck with it. I never really explored other options. Over the years, I slowly advanced and to my surprise actually ended up making partner many years after the other members of my incoming associate class were either promoted or left. (Mostly they left.) I then banked a good amount of money and walked away as soon as I could. I am one example of one way to go. This may not be OP‘s way. But without knowing her circumstances, her post is, as I said, annoying.
