When are the RIFs coming?

Same at ours. The issue is if Congress maintains funding in FY26, how can we justify staff reductions when the programs are funded and don’t reflect the budget request? All of this is chaotic.

SC said Ed RIFs can continue so I would expect them to be next.

Budget proposals aren't necessarily what can pass in Congress. Congress tends to do their own thing.

DHS RIF'd internal oversight agencies in March. Court allowed that to proceed.
