It’s doomsday to public service jobs. Not medical schools. It’s doomsday to the poor students many of whom are passionate to serve the underserved, not the wealthy med students who will go back to their rich suburbs. It’s honestly a disgrace.

But I also agree that tuition costs are a disgrace. Shame on schools who keep
Needlessly increasing tuition (most of that money academics and professors don’t see).
