What’s wrong with me?

Do you take the Luvox in the morning or at night? I used to take it at night to avoid nausea but it messed with my sleep significantly.

In addition, I experience terrible brain fog, mood swings depending where I am on my cycle, exhaustion and demotivation. I am also on Luvox for GAD and health OCD and I my PCP thinks Luvox makes me tired. However, I have been on it for 4 years and did not happen to me then. I still think it is unresrful sleep that causes it because very often I wake up already tired even if I slept all night. Last night, I could hear myself snoring and it woke me up. My husband says once a night, I grasp for a breath. Just once not often.

The snoring and waking up tired all say yes to sleep apnea. Waking up gasping for breath is common. I would wake myself up from not breathing.

It sounds like classic sleep apnea. Keep checking for cancellations at your sleep study center.

Luvox is known to cause fatigue.

Vitamin D (prescription taken every 2weeks) and B-12 (shots) have helped me with something very similar.

OP, I had your symptoms and it was Hyperparathyroidism. Is your calcium levels consistently below 10 over the years with a vitamin D over 30? If not you may have a (benign) parathyroid adenoma that is causing your calcium, vitamin D and PTH to not be at normal appropriately related levels.

Get calcium, vitamin D and PTH drawn at the same time & check the results.
