We left manuals and warranties along with a note with our favorite restaurants, stores, camps, kids activities, etc. on the kitchen counter.

Write a list of such stuff and give to realtor to pass on. Or send a happy new home card with it and no return adddress,

As a buyer, I would love if you left me a note with all of that information in the house after closing along with the name of a neighbor who has your phone number and forwarding information (I would not leave that information for the buyer who is a complete stranger to you and could potentially be psycho). We did our most recent closing completely virtually other than signing and the seller was not present then, she must have signed at a different time.

We loved our buyers! We told them everything they needed to know to take care of the house and enjoy it!

They also held a party at the house a week before closing and invited the neighbors and us. It was so sweet!

That was really thoughtful and kind-
