Same. My hair started falling out like crazy before I started losing weight.

Are you taking this in conjunction with a. GLP-1?

I've been successfully using 5% minoxidil foam, taking thyroid medication, and adding collagen powder to my morning coffee.

Prescription Minoxidil works great for hair loss.

You have to stop starving yourself if you want hair

Get a wig.

Well I don’t lose weight if I don’t “starve” myself. If you call eating 1400 cals a day, starving, that is.

I’m not super vain but at 52 I’d rather not look like this. I can’t even wear a high pony anymore because my side hair is so thin. Has anyone successfully regrown their hair on the meds or had to go off them to get their hair back? Any tips greatly appreciated.

Another vote for it's likely permanent and look into wigs.
