New? I get fajitas for a healthier vegetarian option.

I got massive food poisoning at the one at the GTOWN Harbor, so I hope you're going to their other location. They have salads + steamed vegetables for the diet conscious.

beef quesadillas with caramelized onions or the vegetable quesadillas. Chicken fajitas. salad. lots of options.

I like the veggie fajitas there, if you don’t eat the rice and beans or the tortillas it’s a tasty low carb choice.

Their Sopa de Mariscos (sp?), ceviche options, and salads are also probably lower in calories.

Veg fajitas is also my order there.

This is always the answer.

You can eat whatever you want. Don't overeat.

Depends on the amount of oil in everything

Yes, I've been surprised by some calorie/fat info on menus that list nutritional info, specifically with vegetables. Like the grilled vegetable and mozzarella panini being significantly higher in both than a turkey and cheese with mayo. They must be using a ton more oil than a home cook trying to keep it calorie conscious.

Don't get fajitas, they are cooked in butter. Guapos has salads and you can also get something like a shrimp taco. Lots of healthy options.

Order what you want and eat a small portion.

I always get chicken fajitas, and eat the chicken and peppers and onions with some pico/salsa, and don't eat the tortillas, sour cream, cheese, rice and beans, etc.

If you put dressing on the salad, their salads are quite big, you are probably looking at far more calories than with the fajita chicken.
