I’d document everything, including your concerns to the management in writing with your health condition and a doctors note if possible. If theres no concerted effort to remedy in a reasonable amount of time (3-5 business days?) I’d move and sue the complex management.

If they have plenty of complaints and know which unit its coming from they should receive a 21 day notice to quit or vacate. This is straight forward since they're breaking the lease. Why has this not been done yet? Document and complain each and every time you smell it to management.

They will let you out of the lease with out any fines however its really a pain to move. They can't change you to break a lease in a situation like this.

I would firmly ask where they are in their process with the lease breaker and specifically what have they done thus far.

Legalizing marijuana is one of the worst things these states ever did. Like the us wasn't a trash dump already.
