| ah, yes, the heart palpitations. When I started the heart palpitations in 2019, my doctor sent me to the cardiologist to check. Tests all came back normal. So, I was told to monitor. The palpitations more or less moderated over the following years and sometimes I still get them now, but rarely, along with a hot flash. |
