We are democrats and most definitely have guns. No way are we letting ourselves be easy targets when sh$t hits the fan and we are without a gun and all the MAGA republicans have one.

2A applies to all of us, as do laws which criminalize certain conduct. The two are not inconsistent, any more than are laws licensing people to drive cars but limiting their ability to drive drunk or high or through red lights and stop signs.
