S/o - Large schools with established Honors Colleges

I have direct experience with the Plan II Honors program at University of Texas at Austin. Really great experience, and definitely created the smaller school inside a large school experience.

Agree. Lots of NJ kids tend to want to leave the state but this program keeps a lot of really smart kids local.

Kid got into several honors colleges - many of which required substantial additional essays.

Purdue John Martinson

He chose Alabama for the NMF scholarship and was accepted to the Blount Scholars Program and Honors College.

Not sure what you’re talking about. We’ve heard from multiple sources that SC is the best. When we toured DC was blown away by the offerings.

College of Charleston has an excellent honors program. I know some smart kids who went there and had great experiences and very good outcomes.

They changed how it works the past year so thoroughly check into it before applying/accepting.
