Almost all parents get in the way of their child’s success. If you are blaming another parent like this, you are just as bad. Your kid is probably the coaches favorite which means the kid isn’t really learning anything because he’s not held accountable. When that kid gets a coach that holds them accountable, they won’t succeed because they don’t know how to handle it.

This post evolved not touching a car.

Right? Someone is ready to die on their own sword over the 'don't touch otherwise people's car' posts. Lol So stupid. If that was you who posted that, just know I am right outside your house now, touching your car now, leaving you a note.

You just described almost every parent on the sidelines.

Not everyone succeeds, for a variety of reasons. Is it the end of the world if the kid doesn't succeed at soccer?

The reasons they didn't succeed is the true story

Tale as old as time my fiend. There will always be 1 or 2 overly invested parents pacing the sidelines, yelling instructions to their kid (and sometimes other kids too) in a passive aggressive manner, living out the past (could have been) sports dreams through their kid's actions on the soccer field.

We have 1 parent who yells at his DD constantly, she yells at him back. It's embarrassing and awkward. Now their kid is a big a**hole and yells at all the other kids.

The coach has sent the parent away, but he just keeps coming back.

Fun times.

It's a good point that a lot of cars including Teslas have 360 cameras recording everybody who comes near it, even when it's turned off.

The title should read...Coach and other team parents in way of child's success. Your third person remarks indicate your own lack of awareness about what is happening. Go ahead and advance your own. Child.
