Any good prayers for well-being of adult children?

As a spiritual person without a specific religious practice, I think that good from prayer mostly comes from us remembering to think about other people, so that solutions to problems can emerge naturally as we direct our thoughts to them.

Are you saying that when you pray, you aren't praying to God in heaven and you think that maybe other people aren't either? If so and if you're right, then praying to God is not necessary. Thinking intensely about people is all that's needed, right?

Non-religious people do this all the time.

Praying Psalm 91 (“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High…”) is something we do for family members. It’s a really powerful passage of Scripture.

People say Novenas for lots of things. Plus, they are very long -- nine separate occasions of prayer. I think Novena is nine in Latin. It's a Catholic thing, like the Rosary.

The rosary is pretty generic. Also very Catholic and there's no indication that OP is Catholic.
