Trump actually raised my taxes

They already do if they are just high earning, normal W2 workers. The truly wealthy who don't have earned income are the ones avoiding taxes.

My taxes went up last time with Trump as well. Why does he hate poor people making middle six figures?

FYI, letting the last Trump tax increases lapse would have been better. The increased SALT deduction would have nearly offset the tax increase. And having less debt as a country would have improved my borrowing rates.

You aren't rich enough buddy. If you were your accountant would have been able to help you pay less taxes than Stacy your secretary.

That isn’t how it works for wage slaves at any salary.

This doesn't touch the folks who aren't paying their fair share. It just increases it for those who already were. The billionaires fooled you again!

Same. Our second major tax increase with nothing to balance it.

I make $150-200k and Trumps tax plan his 1st go around increased my taxes by about $800/mth.

He’s a grifter and anybody that didn’t see it from jump is an idiot.

Inheritance tax is the big winner item for those with high assets. Per person free taxable going from 6 million to 15 million. Woo-hoo!

Tax the Rich only looks nice when it’s on a dress worn by AOC.

"This bill hurts people. I didn't see that coming".

What did you think this bill was going to include?

You could see this pitch coming from a mile away: take from the working class, and give to the rich.

You are an idiot and your glee is nauseating. This is a cruel and irresponsible bill that will strip 13 million people of health insurance. $1.1 trillion will be stripped from Medicaid and food stamps, programs disproportionately benefitting children. Guess where it will go? To tax cuts to people making over $500K. Tax subsidies to industries that will help us to mitigate climate change will also be removed. It will also be disastrous for our economy. Why do you think Moody’s just downgraded the US’ credit rating. Your myopia is probably due to ignorance, but that’s not an excuse. If you want to be informed read a newspaper. If you want lower taxes move to West Virginia.

Yes it was SALT. If the Trump tax “cuts” had been allowed to expire most people would have seen their taxes go down.

If you're so rich, why do you have debt?

I'm poor and my only debt is my mortgage. Rich people are weird.

This is either lies, or you were in a coma for the last year. Trump and his toadies and his voters were as explicit as could be about WANTING TO HURT PEOPLE. This is exactly what was promised! Where have you been??
