This is not incompetence this is deliberate and intentional and full of malice |
He wants to fast track manufacturing and industry in America, not import it. Same as Europe today finally spending on its own defense. |
That too. You should see the COO where I work… value destruction! |
So President “I have the concept of a plan” has a complex plan to move the world to crypto? I think it’s one of his many grifts but he is fundamentally a stupid person. |
Crypto is at 109. So newsflash: the world has moved to crypto. |
BTC that is |
It's not Trump's plan, he just wants to grift. It's the billionaire tech bro plan. |
lol, no. Stop trying to make crypto happen. |
He does not, even at the most fundamental level, understand economics. Got it. |
You don't understand crypto. He is selling a meme coin, which is not an investment-grade asset like bitcoin. Meme coins don't do anything. They don't track anything. They just collect revenue for a party every time they are bought and sold. So when his sells, he just makes money. The asset meme coin itself has gone down. He is making a killing, but not to boost "crypto." It's just a direct payment to him. |
If that's all you have in wealth, I wouldn't be too excited about this moment. |
The broligarchs want to each have their own kingdom that runs on cyrpto. Trump is their useful fool. When he dies, they'll have Vance or another fool. |
I don't think it is saying what you think it is saying... SEC. 9. Treatment of insolvent payment stablecoin issuers. (a) In general.—In any insolvency proceeding, including any proceeding under title 11, United States Code, or any insolvency proceeding by a primary Federal payment stablecoin regulator or a State banking supervisor with respect to a payment stablecoin issuer, the claim of a person holding payment stablecoins issued by the payment stablecoin issuer shall have priority over all other claims against the payment stablecoin issuer. (b) Priority in bankruptcy proceedings.—Section 507 of title 11, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “The following” and inserting “Subject to subsection (e), the following”; and (2) by adding at the end the following: “(e) Notwithstanding subsection (a), any [b]claim of a person holding payment stablecoins, as defined in section 2 of the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins of 2025, issued by a debtor shall have first priority over any other claim against the debtor under this title.”.
