| I never really paid much attention to representatives before, but received his email newsletters, and remember his voice mails announcing his Town Halls during the pandemic. He may have even knocked on our door once. Sad he went so soon. He was a fighter in more ways than one. RIP. |

People seem to like the guy, but by clinging to power too long he became an avatar of Democratic dysfunction and stained his legacy. Other old Democrats should heed this lesson and step aside. |
