My child's Speech therapist (thru MCITP) recommended Music Together for increasing speech, no other music class, just that one. My child started receiving ST at about 24 months. We took Hanan course when child was 20 months.

I think your doctor will tell you 15 months is too young, 18 maybe not. But try Music Together while you wait for a few months. You may be able to get into a class that has alrready started and prorate your cost.
