As a black voter I find the fixation fascinating... |
Here. I’ll spoon feed you. https://www.thebulwark.com/p/trump-unquenchable-unconstitutional-qatar-air-force-one-memecoin-fundraiser-hotel |
Yeah sure, we were told there would be smoking gun evidence of all that on Hunter's laptop. Except there wasn't, and the only thing they found was that he had a drug problem and didn't disclose it on a gun form. And oh, we also found out that the sources for the "Biden corruption" info turned out to be lying. If you didn't know that then you need to get better sources of news. |
That was FAKE, idiot. The sources that claimed all of that foreign influence peddling and millions of dollars turned out to be LYING. https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/special-counsel-charges-fbi-confidential-source-alexander-smirnov/story?id=107275129 Now YOUR turn. CLEAN IT UP, REPUBLICANS. Biden's house is already clean. YOUR TURN. |
Hardcore partisans excuse anything. |
Really? Well some prominent people on the right are criticizing it as well. Are they weirdos, too? Ben Shapiro: “Taking sacks of goodies from people who support Hamas, Muslim Brotherhood, Al Jazeera, all the rest, that’s not America First,” and argued that such actions do not align with “draining the swamp.” Laura Loomer: “This is really going to be such a stain on the admin if this is true,” and “I’m so disappointed,” citing Qatar’s alleged ties to Hamas. Mark Levin: Conservative radio host and Trump supporter. He shared Loomer’s post on X, writing “Ditto,” and accused Qatar of spreading “anti-American” propaganda, suggesting the jet deal does not provide Qatar the cover they seek. Erick Erickson: Conservative talk radio host. On his show, he condemned the jet gift, arguing Qatar is not a U.S. ally and highlighting that Attorney General Pam Bondi, who reportedly approved the deal’s legality, was a former paid lobbyist for Qatar. He noted on X that many Trump supporters were unhappy with the deal. Rand Paul: Republican Senator from Kentucky. He explicitly stated Trump should not accept the plane, saying, “I don’t think it looks good or smells good,” and questioned its legality, citing the appearance of impropriety. Josh Hawley: Republican Senator from Missouri. He expressed preference for an American-made Air Force One, stating, “It would be better if Air Force One were a big, beautiful jet made in the United States of America.” Rick Scott: Republican Senator from Florida and Trump supporter. He voiced concerns about safety, stating, “They support Hamas,” and said he would not fly on a Qatari plane due to security risks. Shelley Moore Capito: Republican Senator from West Virginia and member of Senate GOP leadership. She urged the Trump administration to examine the constitutionality of the deal and expressed security concerns, saying, “I’d be checking for bugs.” Susan Collins: Republican Senator from Maine. She noted that the gift “raises questions of whether the administration would be in compliance with the gift law.” Lindsey Graham: Republican Senator from South Carolina. He emphasized the symbolic importance of Air Force One, stating, “When it lands or flies, it is America flying or landing, and I want to make sure this whole thing is kosher.” Warren Davidson: Republican Representative from Ohio. He indirectly criticized the deal by invoking Hillary Clinton’s acceptance of foreign donations to her foundation, suggesting impropriety without directly naming Trump. |
And yet when it was time for James Comer to produce actual evidence, he got excited about the three car payments Hunter repaid Joe Biden. |
There was no evidence against the Bidens. The informant was put up to it and lied, got caught and was indicted. And it wasn't about Comer. Trump's own FBI and DOJ failed to come up with anything on the Bidens, and it wasn't through lack of trying. |
Neither the Clintons nor the Obamas are billionaires. Bill was a letch, but he ran a generally clean administration as did Obama and Biden - literally no indictments in the last two and none of the allegations after 35 years with the cCintons stuck - all pretty much baseless nothing burgers. Equating ANYTHING on the Dems side to what we are seeing now is just a crock. |
1) the country doesn't need it 2) he isn't accepting for the country but rather for himself and to gift himself after he leaves office. The congress had to approve the gift from france of the statue of liberty - its not like that ended up in someone's backyard. |
Really? what are th provable biden crimes? Obama crimes? Name them. Be specific. |
All they care about is power. There are no principles, or if there are the excuse is that someone else on the other side of the political aisle was worse. Look, this country has been offered a steady diet of outrage from right wing media for ~30 years. There are no political differences anymore, only enemies. And you'll make a lot of excuses for someone who will take a stand against your enemies. |
+1 I do some very minor work for a local government and have to adhere to their ethics standards even though I am not an employee. What Trump is doing wouldn't pass muster in any county or city government. It is a total joke that the GOP is giving this all a free pass. |
the two bolded items are not a real thing. the Bidens have zero provable crimes despite the GOP focusing on it solely for 6 years. Nada. Are you saying Biden is that much smarter and cunning to get away with it without any paper trails? And Act Blue is a platform and nothing more. There are not billions being pushed through it from overseas donors, that simply isn't a thing. And if you are truly upset about that allegation which is false, then why are you not upset about what Trump is doing with, well everything from Crypto, his business and the open bribes he is taking? If you are going to say the Bidens and Obamas are corrupt, then you need to back it up with something like facts. |
