Look, we have survived presidents with actual dementia (Reagan second term!) and been ok. If you have checks and balances, if your cabinet is competent, if the rule of law is respected, the country limps through weak presidents. I may not have liked Reagan and his people but they didn't destroy our democracy. They didn't trample on the constituion. This is an unprecedented situation.

As for the daily intelligence briefing, it is a surprise to me. We all know he is a puppet and that Stephen Miller is in charge but I thought he'd want to keep up appearances. I think the biggest sign that he is losing it is that he doesn't care how pathetic he looks anymore.

He never did! Ask NY. He was always a pompous sh|t bag. Same mouthpiece and same posse. I’d call for extra security when they entered the hotel where I worked a 3-11pm shift. I was a front office supervisor (full time college student by day). New hotel. We were all 18-20. Don’t ever for a minute believe he wasn’t involved in Epstein's deplorable crimes.
