Why people think they underpay them ?
Like how . If they pay under table . They will not get any deduction . Just does not make sense . Maybe pay slightly less but still have to pay pay minimum wage at least and overtime . That is labor law . As far as I know .
Anybody regardless legal or illegal can sue employer if they get less than minimum wage and overtime .
Anybody in restaurant business can you reply . If you have knowledge.
