Cook the pasta to the instructions on the box.
Drain it. Put it back in the pot. Pour in 1 jar of sauce. I add about 1/3 a tub of ricotta. Use more if you like. Add a bag of shredded mozz. Stir. Pour into 9x13 Pyrex. Top with more shredded mozz (a bag? Half a bag? The options are endless) I like sprinkling with dried Italian herbs and fresh parm but the family disagrees. You do you. Bake covered at 350 for about 45 min. Maybe another 15 min uncovered to brown. Not fancy but easy delicious comfort food. |
