Can a Charter School discriminate?

Who is we? I'd never send my child to a school like that regardless so its a non-issues.

But I am confused by the bolded. Existing Catholic schools don't teach what is bolded. Why would you think that a Catholic charter school would?

SO the catholic Church doesn't think it's bad to be gay anymore? that's good, especially considering that most of their clergy is gay.

The church views sex that is not procreative as sinful. But you knew that. No one is supposed to have sex unless you are trying to have a baby. It's a stupid doctrine in the vast majority of people's opinions and almost no one follows that doctrine, and the church knows it because they hear confessions every day.

As someone who was discriminated against on the basis of my sexual orientation in a religious setting, I hope that we as a society will fully explore the choice we are making when we make religious charter schools possible. Are we making it basically impossible to outlaw discrimination in the public sector on the basis of sexual orientation?

I know of a gay Catholic seminarian who went to the seminary to avoid his sexual orientation and found the seminary to be a hotbed of gayness.

My kids go to Catholic school and they absolutely taught that gay people were going to hell.

Funny. Both of my kids are in Catholic school here and have not been taught that. Not sure where your kids go to school.
