Why did Viva choose not to play the spring pre-ecnl season?

2013G's are. They wanted to stick it out. Only 2014G's did not because they didn't have enough 2014's to properly field a team. Had to pull up 2015 players. So they asked to withdraw for spring.

All eligible age groups will field pre-ECNL and ECNL/RL teams next year.

They had enough players to play in the fall, kids switching clubs mid season?
