I've been using one of those fascia rollers and it does seem to be making a difference. It's not a miracle worker or anything, but definitely has smoothed the back of my thighs out. You need to start now because for the first week you will bruise, so you want your skin to get used to it before shorts season. |

You know what the Koreans do about their "turnip" calves? (they don't like their thick legs either) They have the muscle tendon snipped, the muscle atrophies and they get a slimmer looking leg. There's ALL sorts of body modification surgeries that goes on in that country. |
