Include wisc score lower than 130?

No. It is administered or overseen by a licensed psychologist who should be trained to identify any cheating.

NP. Fwiw, we submitted a WISC of FSIQ 122/GAI 127 (from part of a larger evaluation) in a successful appeal, as well as an explanation of the very low GBRS and examples of work from home. I wouldn't say it's a blanket rule to never submit a WISC below 130 (or higher?) but also consider the subscores and how it fits in with the HOPE scores and other information.
