We had an Elmo cake made at Hollin Hall Pastry in Alexandria. It was gorgeous and delicious. Ironically, my then 3 year old wouldn't eat it and cried when we cut it b/c it was so cute

We had Wegman's make a paw patrol cake and it was easy, affordable, and good (can order online). I'm not sure if they have an Elmo picture in their database, but you can add one.

Do you have stop n shop in your area? They do Sesame Street cakes.

If not, just get a Costco cake and order Elmo cake toppers on Amazon or etsy
