I sat in on a few state medical board meetings when I was a med student. Absolutely, his actions merit a review and I hope they vote to revoke his license. It’s the height of failure to fulfill the primary oath of “Do no harm”.

I read the article but it wasn't 100% clear to me if he opened this makeshift clinic to infect people. Was that his purpose? Did he think he was "healing" people by infecting them?
