I have an 18, 27 and 30 year dd's and a 30 year old sil and I make them a small basket each.

For my daughters I put bath and bodyworks candles and car freshners, hair gel or hairspray, snack cakes or favorite candy, nail polish and for 2 dd's who like to color adult coloring books and colored pencils/markers.

For my sil I put body sprays, snack cakes and body washes.

I just bought candy. I’m all for people getting creative for Easter baskets and doing different types of things. But I decided that I’m not going the gift route and there will be chocolates and candy and that’s it. I still do hide eggs for my teen boys though. They’re really invested in the egg hunt. Every year they make sure that I know they’re not too old.

Teen DD also still invested in egg hunt more than anything Basket will be candy, gift card, and a mosaic art project she saw and liked at Michaels.

My 13 year old DDs informed DH that they still want their egg hunt, which he’s been doing since they were little. It made both of us smile that this is a tradition that still means something to them. Other than that we are doing a nice brunch out on Sunday and they will get some candy and Starbucks gift cards.

What is the point of an Easter basket? If I know, then I can suggest ideas.

We do a family basket for our family of 3 and pets. When my kid goes to college soon I'll send them an individual basket again All consumeables. I loathe making every holiday a mini-christmas and I bring enough crap into the house without doing that (and enjoy doing it!).

lindt eggs
2 chocolate bunnies
small foil chocolate eggs
mini twix
candy tubes: haribo, m&ms, kisses
another haribo
dr. pepper peeps
cheez its
parm crisps
veggie seeds: squash, snap peas, basil
cat toys

Mine is getting Mogu Mogu. She thinks it’s the best and is not really a big candy kid. I’m putting 3 bottles in.

Sure why not. But you will need to move to Brooklyn NY and live within 2 minutes of us. Were a very close family and my 30 year old dd, sil and grandsons live in the apartment, obove us while my 27 and 18 year old still live with me and dh.

I dont spoil my daughters throughout the year unless Im shopping and see something they would like so little surpriss on holidays is what I do and it costs only about $100 or such for everything.

I got mine mini bogg bags instead of baskets with some candy. The bags aren’t cheap but I know they will use them constantly this summer.
