He’s always been anti Trump so the quick bending over was surprising to me. Also he seems like kind of a smart guy, he’s railed for years about Trump and claimed we are in the middle of a slow moving coup, but he was taken by one nice dinner and some flattery?

Don’t be so dramatic. He has complained about Trump being a dictator for years, but was recently invited to dinner at the WH, apparently set up by Kid Rock. Afterwards he went on his show and said Trump seemed like a nice thoughtful guy and they had a great dinner together

I tried watching last week’s episode, I skipped the Bannon part, but turned it off when Maher got snippy and defensive to the guest who tried calling him out on his BS about the White House visit.
