Coach gift

No gas reimbursement that is for sure. Maybe if a trip to NC or far away but not for anything local.

No, it’s like giving a gift to your kids’ teacher. You don’t send the teacher anything at the end of the school year?

When I coached a rec team as a parent volunteer the team would usually collect about $100 in gift cards for me. It was never expected, but it was always appreciated and a very nice gesture. Granted rec coaches volunteer their time for free and travel coaches are paid.

even as a volunteer coach i let the parents know I would rather them donate the money to a less fortunate club or organization.
