People act like Palestinians are one person. Mind you the West Bank permabanned hamas years ago. They begged Israel to do the same. Israel never has. Settlers are protected by the IDF during these attacks.

Instead of border security, IDF has to babysit these settlers in the West Bank who don’t get drafted in the military or even live in Israel. I know Netanyahu believes the West Bank is Israel but obviously 10/7 shows israel is too overextended in the WB to properly protect Israel’s border. Along the lines of “not all Israelis” or “not all Palestinians” -

I keep seeing people referred to as “Zionists”. I don’t understand the difference between a Zionist and a “person who supports Israel”. Are they the same? Is a Zionist a bit more aggressive, something like “a person who supports Israel AND believes Palestinians should be moved/killed?”

It’s the government of Israel not the people. They are bringing nothing but shame to their country and hiding behind antisemitism claims. The extremists in Israel are in more vicious than wimpy MAGA guys. Most Israelis don’t like the extremists.

I think the US has more people supporting Trump to the embarrassment of intelligent people everywhere regardless of which party people signed on to.

I mean, I agree, but the same is true for the Palestinians and for the Americans and for the Venezuelans and for the Russians ... most people in all of these populations are just ordinary folks trying to make a living and raise their families. If more people stopped treating entire nations of people as if they are the same as the psychopaths running their governments, the world would be a better place. That's why I'm against this mass slaughter of Palestinian civilians that's been taking place since late 2023.

Disagree completely. When I say “israel”, I mean “jews”. I don’t really care which jews or where they are. They are all the same to me which is to say they are all zionists. And I include american evangelicals in that group also because virtually all of them are zionist as well.
