Business credit card for travel points

Yes for us W-2 folks. There are some small business owners that run businesses with big inventory, run everything through their cards and generate tons of points that way- but that's probably like 5% of the people in the points game.

PP here. Yes, it’s about the signup bonuses but this strategy is only really effective if you sign up to multiple cards and can accumulate multiple SUBs. To do that, you need to meet the minimum qualifying spend which is usually about 3 to $4000 for each card. OP said they would only spend a few thousand dollars per year on credit cards so I don’t think the strategy works
